{"id":7649,"date":"2024-09-02T13:30:22","date_gmt":"2024-09-02T12:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oudoubice.cz\/?p=7649"},"modified":"2024-09-02T13:30:23","modified_gmt":"2024-09-02T12:30:23","slug":"navrh-obecne-zavazne-vyhlasky-stanoveni-mistnich-koeficientu-dane-z-nemovitosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oudoubice.cz\/index.php\/2024\/09\/02\/navrh-obecne-zavazne-vyhlasky-stanoveni-mistnich-koeficientu-dane-z-nemovitosti\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e1vrh obecn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky &#8211; stanoven\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edch koeficient\u016f dan\u011b z nemovitosti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>02.09.2024 &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/oudoubice.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Dan-zNV_Doubice-OZV-koeficienty-2024-obec-skupiny.pdf\"> n\u00e1vrh obecn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky, kterou se stanov\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed koeficienty dan\u011b z nemovitosti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed obyvatel\u00e9 obce Doubice,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nad r\u00e1mec z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed zve\u0159ej\u0148ujeme n\u00e1vrh zn\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky, kterou se uvedou do souladu s novelizovan\u00fdm z\u00e1konem m\u00edstn\u00ed koeficienty dan\u011b z nemovitosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zm\u011bny ve vyhl\u00e1\u0161ce jsou takov\u00e9, <strong>\u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem nezm\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i dosud vyb\u00edran\u00e9 dan\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed \u00faprava byla tato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sazba byla n\u00e1sobena z\u00e1kladn\u00edm koeficientem 2 a pro vybran\u00e9 stavby (rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekty, gar\u00e1\u017ee, stavby zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 prvov\u00fdroby, stavby pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed) byl stanoven koeficient 1,5 kter\u00fdm se p\u0159en\u00e1sobil v\u00fdsledek prvn\u00edho v\u00fdpo\u010dtu (matematicky vyj\u00e1d\u0159eno: &#8222;sazba x 2&#8220; pro stavby k trval\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed ; &#8222;sazba x 2 x 1,5&#8220; pro rekrea\u010dn\u00ed a podnikatelsk\u00e9 stavby &#8211; z logiky v\u011bci vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee to byl koeficient 3 = 2&#215;1,5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00e1 \u00faprava je takov\u00e1to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sazba bude n\u00e1sobena z\u00e1kladn\u00edm koeficientem 2 pro stavby k trval\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed a jeliko\u017e dle novely z\u00e1kona u\u017e se mezi sebou koeficienty nen\u00e1sob\u00ed je t\u0159eba nastavit nov\u00fd (dal\u0161\u00ed) z\u00e1kladn\u00ed&nbsp; koeficient 3 pro vybran\u00e9 stavby (rekrea\u010dn\u00ed, gar\u00e1\u017ee, podnikatelsk\u00e9 objekty atp.). V\u00fd\u0161e dan\u011b se v podstat\u011b nijak nezm\u011bn\u00ed, jen je t\u0159eba uv\u00e9st vyhl\u00e1\u0161ku do souladu se z\u00e1konem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato obecn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka bude schvalov\u00e1na dne 23.09.2024 na 19. zased\u00e1n\u00ed ZO Doubice.
